Challenge Yourself To Move
Sometimes, we all struggle. It is part of being human. So, this week, I'm challenging myself to MOVE.
MOVE, to me, means:
Take ME time. My ME time can be as simple as spending 10 minutes going for a walk at lunch, making a list of 5 things to be grateful for, or taking time to tell someone I love that I love them. Three simple, positive things that help me feel better 100% of the time.
Be OPEN minded. I take time to remind myself to think actively about what is going on in my surroundings, whether it is reading a new article in a nutrition journal, looking up a new recipe, or consider approaching something in a new mind.
VENTURE outside of my comfort zone. I am a creature of habit. I try to remind myself to try new things with friends, or by myself, to keep a fresh outlook.
EXPLORE new ideas. There are constantly new exercise regimens to look into, new studies out on how food can be beneficial, and new ways to approach daily challenges.
I'm going to take time for me, be open-minded, venture outside of my comfort zone, and explore new ideas.
I hope you will move with me this week.
